The driver must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with liability insurance. In order to confirm your reservation, all payments must be made at the time of reservation.
The renter of the cart has ultimate responsibility during the rental period.

All reservation cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $100 if reservations are canceled at least a week prior to your requested dates. A cancellation fee of half the total cost of the booking will be applied for any cancellation made in the 72 hours of expected delivery. The ticket service charge is a 3rd party non-refundable charge. A credit for future rental made within a year will be applied for any cancellation made due to tropical storm or hurricane.
